HUNTERS POV
“Don’t run” … “I will not hurt you?”
“What are you?” Her voice trembles at my sight.
“I will not hurt you. But he will if you will not cooperate with us.” She turns to take a good look at my father.
“What is happening?” She whimpers. But I ignore her plea, pulling her beside me; she jumps to my touch as I grab her arm. I walk her out of the forest, pushing the bushes away. I guide her towards my father, feeling her holding back as we walk closer. My father’s eyes do not make it easier for her to not be afraid. As we stand three feet away from my alpha, I push her down to her knees as she makes a small whimper. Jake stood forward as I did.
“And you are?” My father sounds annoyed by all the intrusions we are having, “Another teenage werewolf wannabe?” He mocks. My father has changed a lot. “Kill her!” Spoke too soon. Anna cries to his command.
“Father, she belongs to Violetta” I spoke forwards, holding Anna back.
“What have you done to her? Have you killed her too?” Anna stands up as she positions him. “Where is she?”
“A fighter. I like it” He laughs as he turns to Sam, causing him to laugh too. She stands on her own two feet and limps backward as my father shows off his fangs. I hope I didn’t damage her knee.
“Father. You know too well, that it is treason by the highest King, to mess with Violetta and her human life.” I stand forward to guard Violetta’s best friend. “Keep her here father, lock her up, and take care of her while we look for the pure blood. We cannot be on the wrong side of her. She trusts me, and so should you,” My father’s patients stand on end.
“This is not important right now. But keep her here. Sam! Do not let her out of your sight, if she found us here, she may be the reason Violetta is missing.” Mark comes towards us as Anna looks as if she is pleading with me to save her. I give her reassurance that she will be safe. But that doesn’t help.
“Jake, go with her. She has seen us now; she cannot leave until we have found Violetta. Tell her everything.” I nod toward him to leave with her and Sam. “We may be able to find a Vampire, Father, to make her forget” My father laughed.
“I’ll think of other ways.” My mind shuts down, and the five-ten minutes of blackness hits me... “Father. I have found her. But you are not going to like it. Aleksandar Storm”
“No.” My father angers me. “Does he want a war? I plan on giving him one. Mason, bring them back and prepare for a fight.” Father turns to Mason as he formulates himself for a call, his giant fangs shine as his howl echoes throughout the mountains and forest to reach the others.
