“S-sorry Professor what is it again?” I asked. Damn, I’m still spacing out on my conversation with Luca last night.
“Earth to Anastasia please?” The professor teased.
“I’m sorry Ma’am.” I deeply apologized.
I can hear the suppressed chuckles of my classmates.
“As I was saying, you were excused for today and the following days for the preparation for your upcoming competition. Is that clear?” She asked.
I nodded.
“Good. That’s it for today's class, dismiss.” The professor said then and leave.
