The moment the security guards dragged me into the lounge, I heard the door lock behind me. I spun around, but before I could react, a group of filthy wolves—beggars, reeking and leering with yellowed teeth—lunged at me, their eyes gleaming. "Hey, Hannah," one sneered, "Ashley said you're desperate for a wolf, so we're here to take care of you." My blood froze. I never thought Ashley could be this twisted. Before I could think, rough hands grabbed my wrists, one of them reaching under my skirt. My vision sharpened, and I snatched a vase from the table, smashing it over the nearest wolf's head.
