CHAPTER TWENTY NINE
Will arrived the next morning in time for breakfast. He and Mr. Gilbert had worked late into the night and he said they had come up with a fair agreement. The boys were glad to see him and they enjoyed bacon and eggs together. Sam told his father that he was taking art classes at school and wanted to show Will his painting, even though his brother didn’t like it. But, Sam explained, Paul doesn’t know anything about real art. He grabbed Will by the hand and took him upstairs leaving Paul shaking his head. Anna cleared her throat to get Paul’s attention and scowled at him. The boys asked Will to take them to school so he could meet all their new friends.
