Maya’s eyes widened in surprise, and she ran to the gazebo excitedly when she saw the different kinds of pastries served on the table. She remained standing in the middle, her mouth in O, as she gaped at them like she was seeing paradise. Shelly and Sophie feasted their eyes on the pastries for a while, but they started picking their favorites. Maya ran to them, doing the same thing.
