“Someone is here for you….” I heard Diana's whispers close to me as my eyes fluttered open, my hand spreading wide across the bed with a lazy yawn escaping my lips… running my hand through the space next to me and I was shocked to find it cold. “Did he leave again?” I asked Diana, coming to sit carefully on the bed, his wound can't heal that fast overnight.
“Yes, he left very early in the morning, and someone is here to see you.” She repeated again.
“Who? Gabriella? Leona?” Callum's sister or Leona should be the only ones who would come look for me here in Sicily. I got out of bed and moved to the washroom, waiting for Diana's answer. My hair looked way better than normal as I stared into the mirror. I think I am beginning to sleep in my best lady-like way.
