Chapter 1 a new beginning

I woke up to the sound of my alarm waking me up and the sun light that came through my window as I got up I put on my black framed glasses as I looked around my silver painted room with family/friends photos sticked to the wall as my desk had piles of papers and my favorite blue and white jacket was on the floor next to my dark blue backpack I got up from my white bed and went to my closet and pulled out a grey tshirt a pair of dark blue jeans and some undergarments I then grabbed my jacket off the floor and headed to the bathroom across the hall as I entered the bathroom I saw my older sister Jessica walk down the stairs as she talked on the phone with someone I enterd the bathroom and locker the door as I took off my black tank top and grey shorts along with my glasses as I stepped into the shower letting the water hit my skin as my dark brown hair became wet I started to wash my hair with some shampoo as I thought about tomorrow since today is the last day of summer and tomorrow I start my first year/day of highschool I'm do nervous cause I. stuck with one of the worst people on this planet Carmen Santiago one of he most richest and most popular girl in town she'll probably will become one of the other popular kids after all she's always had the best clothes the best phone you know all that stuff that rich/popular kids always have she mite as well me lily lavarges from mean asian's cause trust me she will ruin your reputation if you mess with her or even get in her way of getting a boyfriend but enough about her as I finished showering I got out and wrapped my hair in a towel as I dried myself off I then heard a knock on the door "hey elly hurry up I need to do Ava's hair" i heard jessica say "ok just give me a minute" I said as I got dressed you're probably wondering who ava is, well ava is my younger sister she has long light brown hair and brown caramel eyes as I finished changing and brushing my teeth I felt like I was forgetting something but didn't know what as I got out and saw ava in a purple shirt and blue shorts and jessica in a yellow tank top and black leggings as her long blakc hair was in a ponytail "all yours" I said as I walked down stairs "you better brush your hair before you go out unless you plan to look like you have a brown bush on your head" jessica said from the bathroom I then face palmed myself I knew I forgot something I looked at the mirror we had hanging in the living room and saw that my short brown hair was a mess so I basically had bedhead that looked like I had a nest or a Bush on my head I sighed and went into the kitchen as I saw my mom coocking some rags with bacon and my dad was reading the news paper I went in and grabbed and apple and took a bite out of it "bye mom bye dad I'm gonna go hang out with cas and the others" I said as I grabbed my house key off the counter "hold up you're not seriously going to go out side looking like that are you?" my mom questioned my as I put on my black shoes "dont worry I'm gonna brush it at cas house see you at dinner bye love you" I said quickly and walked at the door while also pulling up my hoodie as I walked over to cas house aka casper my best friend he and i have bine friend since his family moved here when we where both 7 he and his family were from cuba and only lived 4 house's down from us we got really close even tho casper didn't know to much english at the time a i was walking I could see one of my neighbors playing with ther dog and I could hear birds chirp in the trees above me after a few more seconds I made it to capers house and knocked on the door as the door opened I was greeted with his gay flamboyant older brother samuel "hey there elly caspers up stairs would you like to come in" samuel said as he steps aside as I walked in "actually while were waiting can you do my hair it's kinda...a mess" I said as we walked into the living room "sure but I doubt it's that bad" he said as I pulled down my hoodie and he screamed a little "oh my bad hair day it's is not a mess this is looks like a bird came into your room while you were sleeping and made your hair its nest it mite as well have some leaves and twigs, how did this happen" he said as he looked at my hair "I dont know" I said as he motioned for me to sit down as he went upstairs and then came back with some bottles of hair products and some hair brushes "sorry about this" I said as he started on my hair "it's no problem and besides this is a hair emergency also I need a challenge and your hair is that challenge" he said as he started to spray my hair with detangling spray as I sat there "so how do you feel about it being the end of summer" samuel asked "I think it sucks cause who in there right minds wants to do chemistry and biology I mean I love writing and math but I hate science" I said as samuel chuckled "I get what you mean for a long time I wanted to just do hair and make people look fabulous and not go to school but I learned that to do that as a career I would need to get an education cause no one is gonna hire a highschool drop out so trust me it mite suck but in the end it'll be worth it plus I also got lots of hot guys trying to ask me out" he said with a smirk I laughed "dang was there ever a time were you weren't like this?" I asked "nope I have always bine this fabulous my dear" he said dramatically as he kept doing my hair about 3 minutes later casper came down with a black my diabolical romance hoodie some dark blue Jean's and black shoes as his hair was a bit messy and and he had bags under his eyes "why do you look like you just studied all night" I asked "i was at my diabolical romance concert with my friends from cuba who came to visit" he said with a yawn "cool how'd it go" I asked "it... was f*****g awsome" he said with a smirk "language you kiss our mother with that mouth and you mite even kiss a girl with it too" samuel said as I laughed "shut up" casper said flustered as samuel continues with my hair after 2 more minutes I felt his hands leave my head "done that took a bit but its better plus I did I out did myself this time" he said as he handed me a mirror from out of nowhere I looked at myself as I held the mirror "wow it looks great thanks samuel" I said as I stood up "no problem as besides one of you has to look good and its definitely not gonna be mr emo over there" samuel said as I laughed again "you asking for a fight pretty boy" casper said "sorry I dont speak rabid dog" samuel said "oh yeah well I dont speak b***h" casper said "sorry little dog speak louder all I hear is a pathetic bark" samuel said at this point caspers face was a bit red "whatever" he said as he walke dto the front door "king fabulous 1 mr emo 0" samuel said as I continue to laugh as I waved him goodbye and walked up to casper as he closed his front door as we both started to walk in the direction of the shake it dinner since we were meeting up with our two other friend Rachel and Lucas who told us the other day in our group chat to meet them there wich we agreed cause what better way the end summer then to spend it with your friends as we walked we talked about the usual things like what people we mite see and people we hope not to see and all that he told me about how he was gonna take a spanish class cause there wasnt really any other language art classes also cause it was just gonna be an easy a wich meh I dont blame him and I told him about how I was gonna take a coocking class since I need to learn how to cook and he laughed slightly since he's seen me coock once and he knew straight away that I had no idea what I was doing and by the end the food was burnt iv gotten better thank's to some help from his mom but I want to improve a bit more also cause I just wanna know hoe to cook a good old bon cake there so good after a while small stores and businesses started to show up around us like mr.Needlmen's magic store and mrs.Bacons anteac shop and more you see when you live in a place like this about everyone knows everyone if at least one person dosen't know you then its eaither cause you're new or you're a tourist also news of new people moving in spreads fast faster then teenage gossip at a highschool and that's saying something since news in my highschool spread like the plague and instead of avoiding it most embrace it as long as it's not about them after all highschool gossip is never good especially not for the vitim. Me and casper turned the corner and there across the street was the shake it dinner it had a big pink milkshake with wipcream and a cherry on top of it that was on the sigh that said the name and the place was mostly pink, red and white on both the outside and inside it was a two porous building so onto was the owner's house and the place had a big glass window so costumes can look outside and there was a small blakc tabel with two blakc chairs so people can sit outside and there was a small sign on the floor like the one were it would tell you the specials before you went in and studded we crossed the street and went inside as the ding from the bell went off and we sat at our usual tabel wich was at the corner of the diner as we waited for our 2 companions to come I looked at my phone and saw I had a notification from instagroom wich is an app for people to post things like pretty pictures of themselves and pretty pictures of dogs it's kinda like a model app I just have it to look at cute dog pics I tapped onto the notification and saw that it was a picture of my cousin Martin's dog coco who is a white small pomeranian she was dressed in a cute little outfit that waitress would wear in the 80s wich was actually the type of uniform the waiter's here in the dinner wear I showed casper and a he said was send me it and I chuckled as I send him the photo I kinda saw that coming since casper even thos he's mr.emo he's an animale lover he cant hid it even if he tried as I put my phone down I then looked out the window and looked at the people walking by 'hmm mabey this year will be interesting' I thought as I kept stairing.
