The walk to pick up the sibling

295 Words
Adrianna's POV* I rushed out of his arms immediately missing his warmth when I realized the time, and starting running down the street. I knew he was right behind me but I had to get to my little sister in time to pick her up.  "What's going on?? Why are you running from me?!" "I told you! I have to get to my sisters school. I'm gonna be late thanks to you! Now either you come with me and pick up the pace or we'll talk later. Decide now Maxie!" "Maxie?" "I'm sorry that's the only nick name I could come up with at the moment" "NO , I .. I love it. I'll go with you" "Great now come on dude!" I heard a snarl behind me. Apparently he really did like 'Maxie' . 'Dude' not so much. I chuckled as I ran faster.  I made it to the school with two minutes to spare. I greeted the parents and grandparents of my sister's friends as I waited for Angelina my 5 year old little sister.  "So I can tell you don't like 'Dude' don't you?" "No I do not." "I can't understand how quickly you got attached to 'Maxie'. " "I like it..." he muttered under hi breath of which made me grin. The bell rang, I got my sister and we started walking home. My sister walked with her friends for a bit until they had to go. That's when a thought snapped me awake. "Wait don't you have to go home Max?" Again a snarl but I ignored it. Yet then he smiled.  "Max?" "Oh you'll be happy to see where my house is. No es lejos mi amore." Oh no he didn't move where I think he moved did he?
