Chapter one

471 Words
I shake my head as I pulled my hood over my head. The catastrophe in this horrible place called ‘school’ made me want to just crawl home and hide away in my room. But at the same time it made me angry. Really angry. Why do we have to listen to the f*****g adults and come here every f*****g day?! There’s literally no end to this. I sigh as I walk down the hallway. We’re done for the day. Now I can go home and wallow in self pity again. Ugh I hear a whimper from one of the corners of the lockers. It was small and couldn’t really be heard unless you listen closely, it came from the janitors closet. Weird. I ignore it and proceed to walk past it when I heard the whimper again. Then a voice hushing someone. It’s really none of my business. I don’t care. I shouldn’t meddle. I should keep walking. But my legs betray me and walk towards the door, as I pull it open, I find a boy, or a man? I can’t really tell cause he’s bent over with his head hidden in between his legs. And there’s a girl, she’s touching him. And something about that just made me snap. I grab her by her hair and pull her out of the room making her scream. This alerts the attention of the other idiots in the hallway and they gather around and begin to cheer. They think it’s a b***h fight but I’m really just mad at everything. How dare she touch someone with her filthy hands. I grab her blonde roots tightly and slam her face into the nearest wall, she quickly gets a nosebleed and starts to to try and claw at my hands but no way in hell am I letting her go now. I push her head backwards, forcing her to stare up at me. “What.the.hell.were.you.doing.to.him?” I ask in barely controlled anger and she laughs, although it soon turns into a whimper as I tighten my hold on her hair. “What? He has the so called bad girl fighting for him now? Well that’s unexpected, and I thought we could be friends, it’s okay, I won’t touch him anymore. I was just joking” she says looking straight at me, she’s saying one thing but her eyes are looking defiant. “If this happens again, I will do more than break your nose, even plastic surgery wouldn’t be able to repair the damage” I say and roughly push her head away from me making her scamper away. The crowd is still gathered around and I yell at them to f**k off, which they quickly do. I make a move to walk away but it felt like I was forgetting something…or someone.
