With Tori out of action, the mood around campus was decidedly low. I think while everyone wants to finally reach this stage of their life – the pain and trauma seeing someone go through it makes you question whether or not you’re ready. I had managed to stay clear of Jonathan in my classes but on a few occasions, I had returned to my room to find rubbish surrounding my door or a most eloquent defaced poster which implied I had an STD. I ripped the poster down from my door, shaking my head. I grabbed my phone and read through my recent messages.
