"No," Richard said curtly.
"Why not?" Jason pouted, looking thoroughly displeased.
Before he could argue further, Richard grabbed him by the ear and twisted. "You're seriously asking? You pulled that stupid bet stunt this morning, and I haven't even dealt with you for that yet. Now you wanna stir up more trouble?"
"Ugh, come on!" Jason swatted Richard's hand away and rubbed his ear. "Richie, you don't know what a smug bastard Leonard is. He was the one who started it! I didn't even make him follow through with the punishment. I kept it reasonable."
Jason pressed on. "Just let me join it, alright? I swear, I'll just take him down a notch. Nothing crazy, I promise."
"You sure about that?"
Jason straightened his posture and held up a hand. "I swear to God. I'll keep my word."
