Chapter 3 The unmistakable scent of cooking bacon drew Thor awake from the soundest sleep he’d had in a while. Lazily, he remained in bed, taking in all his surroundings while deciding if the effort to climb out, get dressed, and face the world—and Zach—were worth it. His stomach growled, making the decision for him. Sitting up, he took quick inventory. Overall, the fatigue still existed, though it had receded somewhat.
