Chapter Fifty-six With the tension of the trial, Matthew had almost forgotten that his next appointment with Samantha Wright was at 7 am the next morning. He was inclined to cancel the visit, but decided that a break from the case would do him some good. Wearing the same old jeans, tee-shirt and joggers that he had worn on his initial visit, Matthew made his way to the offices where Samantha had treated him some weeks prior. She motioned for him to come into her treatment room, and avoided his smile with a look of disinterest.
