On October 28th, Eleanor bought a plane ticket back to Pittsburgh early in the morning. After more than two hours in the air, the plane touched down smoothly. Upon getting off the plane, Eleanor hailed a taxi and headed straight to her old home in Pittsburgh. No one had lived in the house for nearly two years. Because of Harper's illness, Eleanor and she stayed in Washington and never came back. As the car drew closer to her old neighborhood, a mix of nervousness and melancholy swirled in Eleanor's heart.
