On the way to the restaurant, Gianna insisted on driving. She had to, specially since Ava seemed ready to strangle her after that last comment. Ava, lounging in the back seat, casually remarked, "Gianna, did you get a new car? The interior is pretty nice." Gianna glanced at Eleanor through the rearview mirror, their eyes meeting briefly.
