Gianna stared at Eleanor's swollen face in the rearview mirror for a moment before saying in a low voice, "Is that guy Asher's brother?"
Eleanor nodded. "Half-brother."
Gianna scoffed, "Their relationship is strained, so he's taking it out on you?"
Eleanor slowly looked up, meeting Gianna's gaze in the mirror, and sighed, "Gianna, I understand what you're saying. Being with Asher only brings more trouble than good, but..."
