Her eyes widened at his words. Blushing at the thought of kissing him, but once again she remembered what she had seen yesterday. Looking down, she tried to move her chin away from his hold, but then Phoenix wouldn’t have it and cupped her face with both of his hands, not giving her a chance to pull away from him. His eyes were pleading with her to answer him.
“I saw you with a woman yesterday. You looked happy while the two of you held hands and you even kissed.” She bitterly said.
