I sat quietly on Liam's bed with my knees to my chest, anxious about his return. The dream wasn’t real, or at least it didn’t happen, but why am I still scared? I thought, just as the door opened. The moment I saw it was Liam, I jumped out of bed and ran into his arms. Tears stung my eyes as I cried softly on his shoulder, while he held me.
“I’m okay,” he assured me, as he gently ran his hand across my cheek.
“Where did you go?” I sobbed.
“Long story, why don’t you lay down, I need to take a shower and I promise I will be right back,” he assured me. I shook my head yes, and he kissed my cheek, then walked towards his bathroom. I then slowly made my way back to his bed and pulled my legs to my chest.
