It had been a month since the attack on the hill. Five students were dead, ten injured and the officials ruled it a random animal attack. Of course, I knew better. There was nothing random about that attack, they were after something or someone and my hunch was that it had something to do with Liam’s brother. Why a pack of wolves would be after him, was beyond me; however, given everything that had happened, there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that he was the target. “What are you thinking about?” Liam asked. Earlier that day, Liam had suggested we’d go for a drive to the lake.
