It had been a while since I was able to run in those woods and man was it freeing. The feel of the wind against my skin was so comforting that for a moment I forgot about everything that had happened. It was always like that when I ran. Back in Dawson City, you couldn’t pay me to run, but ever since I started training, with Liam and his pack, it had become a routine and I enjoyed every minute of it.
