Neffi I opened my eyes and popped up. My heart was racing a mile and a minute, as tears began flooding my cheeks like waterfalls. Ever since my parents died, I have been having the same recurring dream. We'd say see you in the morning and I'd smile before leaving for the party, then the dream would shift to them lying dead in their bed while I stood there unable to do anything—only this dream was different. In the beginning of the dream, I see myself at the party talking to my friend Julia while pretending not to see Liam.
