Lilliana and Hayley stepped outside Wolves ran in all directions. Men in dark clothing stormed through the pack, setting fires. Hayley watched calmly, her arms folded. “I guess she could no longer wait,” she scoffed. Lilliana said nothing. Her gaze shifted to the approaching figure. Matthew stormed toward them, shirt half-buttoned, his face red. “What the hell is going on?” he barked. “Who are these people?” He pointed to the raiders who had begun dragging people from their homes.
