We meet again

James‘s point of view..

As I was driving to Canada all kind of minds where coming to my head. Yesterday my father summoned me to office... when I came he talked:

James, I need you to go to Canada. – tiredness shoved on dad‘s face. Past few years didn‘t done him any good. Pack wasn‘t doing so well, we are getting low in numbers, are often attacked and the last attack took a toll on us as nearly all our pack warriors are injured or exhausted. – You will meet „phoenix pack“ and discuss cooperation agreement.

But dad, I am strongest in our pack! Who will fight if I will leave now?

James, if you are not leaving, within a month there will not be what to fight... – sighted my father and i had to agree to that as one warrior is not an army.

I understand. I will leave tomorrow morning...

Now that I think there isn‘t a lot of information about Phoenix Pack. Not like ours old pack theirs are young. I heard about them just one year ago as they started to take over all canada region. Their Alpha is said to be ruthless to the enemy but righteous to innocent. But thats all that we found about him. There is no one to tell more as all the enemy who sow his human for is dead and those who are under him will prefer death over telling on their Alpha. The only reasons why my dad chose Him was the strength of his pack and the fact that it was him who sent a word about the last attack beforehand. That alloved to prepare for defence and win this time.

While I was thinking about this pack I reached the gates as my navigation system indicated the destined point. Gatekeeper came to my cars side, i opened my window:

- Good evening, I‘m James Sebastian Torino, I came on behalf of my father Daren Torino, Alpha of Royal blood pack.

Gatekeeper nodded and gates opened, I slowly drove through it.

What I sow inside of gates pulled me aback! I was shocked to see small village inside. As i drove through it I sow kids and pups running around, shifting, laughing and playing. Womens and men busy with their daily routine. They looked happy and carefree, like they are totally safe and sound, like they didn‘t worry about a possibility to be attacked any moment.

Next to the village there an old wood, though went through my mind, I was driving through this wood for the whole day to reach this place. Next I sow a mansion. It was quite simple and not too big. There were three smaller building and one, in the middle bigger. I stopped in front of the biggest and got out of the car.

At the same moment from behind of the building to the right came a man with a dark blond hair

- Good evening, James Sebastian Torino, I am Fabian Green – Beta of Phoenix pack. Alpha Red is at the training ground at the moment. I will show you to the office, please follow me.

- Thank you.

I couldn‘t find any other words and just followed that man. We walked into the main building. It was well designed and build. Just inside was a big living room, some people was sitting on the couches in front of huge tv, some there playing pool. You could hear some noise behind the stairs right in front of you, as someone probably forgot to close the door to the kitchen. Just up the stairs first thing was a huge doors, that was our target, office of their Alpha.

Beta left me alone in it. I looked around, office were in a mess, documents there lying all around the place, on office table, on cupboards and in the book shelves, the only places without the piles of paper and books there wooden floor and chairs around the table. I looked through the window behind the table and sow a red haired person fighting four bigger people all at once and still winning. Few other people there standing around, one of them pulled my attention, I thought that he probably is their Alpha as he was higher of all the others, no one where approaching him and he attentively there looking at the fight. He didn’t moved an inch.

Two more guys joined the fight. All the people which was fighting shifted and fight continued. Red haired guy turned into quite small compared to other wolfs, but he was fierce.. He was quick and easily suppressed all six other wolfs. At that moment my vision field was entered by the Beta who took me to here. He shouted something and the fight stopped. All of the people and wolves moved to the building next to the field and left my vision field.

After ten minutes I was sitting in one of the chairs as the doors opened and inside came biggest guy from the field. He was well build, about two meters high, serious faced man with a black as night hair. I stood up and extended my hand as i started to talk:

- Good evening, I’m James Sebastian Torino. My father Daren Torino, Alpha of “Royal blood pack” send me here on behalf of him.

Man just slightly nodded and opened door as our ears was reached by a sound of steps.

My jaw falls down together with my heart as inside came a young red haired girl. She was a little older than two years ago. her once long hair now where shorter, ended on her shoulders, her green eyes now was looking serious and strong, face as emotionless as a true warrior. I couldn’t find the sweetness I sow that moment two years ago at the club than I made my biggest mistake.

That moment made my last two years in to the hell. For that time I couldn’t properly connect with my wolf Arrow, all I was hearing from him was wines, and blaming for losing our mate. My own mind was often on the beautiful, sweet and pure redhead from the club, her sexy figure, sweet eyes, shy smile, shocked and hurt face as I told the damn words and her shift to blazing red wolf. How I didn’t recognized her when she shifted in the training grounds.

I felt as my wolf surfaced and couldn’t suppress him any more

- MATE!!! - As word left my mouth the girls eyes shifted, her green eyes flicked black, as if all light left them, and back to green.

Tall man growled and stood in defence position. In seconds Fabian run in through still open doors and stood next to girl as well in defensive position. I flinched as my girl opened her lips:

- Mate? Did you forgot? It was you who told that I’m not fit to be your mate! - her voice was full of emotions, hurt, anger, sadness and much more. Men on both sides of her were shocked to hear her words. Black haired man's eyes glistened in black and he growled aggressively. - Calm down Darren, it’s not your place, he can’t do anything to me. - The man winced as my mates voice so strong in that sentence, it nearly made me kneel down.

- You wanted to meet the Alpha of Phoenix pack, I’m here now. WHAT DO YOU WANT?

For a second it got black in my eyes as she spoke the last words. It carried so much power. I stumbled a step back. I couldn’t believe. That girl I met two years ago, that rogue who was working in a club as waitress, the wolf who I rejected as not good enough, now proudly stands at the top of the one of the strongest packs in America. It was first I ever heard of a woman in Alpha’s position.

- Please, forgive me. It was my mistake. My pack needs your help. We won’t survive one more attack. - I gave up my pride and pleaded for help as I understood, there is no way she will talk to me as a stranger. At the same time I could hear all the time whining Arrow in my head as he felt his mate so close but so far away at the same time.

- Don’t you think I know? It was me the one who informed Alpha of your pack and allowed you to survive. The talk is done. You are in no position to discuss pack maters with me.

She turned around to walk away through the door as I sprinted to her and grabbed her hand.

- Please protect my pack and I will never appear in front of you again, they didn’t deserve to pay for my mistakes. - I could say for sure my wolf was crying inside as I spoke the words.

Something broke...

Both men inside of the office flinched and looked to their Alpha Red as she swung around and looked at me with her eyes black as starless night sky. They there full of craziness. They showed anger and fear, sadness and happiness, love and hate at the same time.

YOU ARE GOING TO THROW ME AWAY AGAIN!!! I WON'T LET YOU! YOU CAME TO ME AND YOU ARE MINE NOW! - My mates voice roared through the whole mansion. I and other two fell to the floor as we couldn’t bear the tension. I sow as my mate was shifting. it was not a easy and swift change I sow back in the club. this time it was painful as if she was fighting within herself to keep control. She lost. In the end she stood as a burning red wolf, much bigger than she looked back in the training grounds or in the club.

One last time she looked at me, growled and jumped through the window. Glasses of it shattered to ground and down on the ground outside. Red wolf lightly landed on the ground outside and disappeared in the same woods I was driving through today.

First one to stand up was Fabian. He looked around as I and the other man, Darren stood up.

- Good job pup, your dad will be proud. You just let the beast out of his cage. - Told angrily Beta of the Phoenix Pack to me and turned to the other, big guy. - Darren, mind link all our pack members to go in to the hiding, tell them that the Bloody Beast is on the run and it's a full moon starting tonight.

Austin! - Shouted Beta. As in few seconds appeared one of the guys witch was fighting Red at training. Fabian gave further instruction. - Contact all the packs under Alpha’s Red name, inform them that Bloody Beast is out. Everyone has to hide until the next contact.

When Fabian finished to talk to the man named Austin he turned to me.

- If you wish to see your pack again you should call and tell them to hide somewhere where no wolf could go in. We do not know who will be her victims this time, - heave sight left his chest as beta turned to Darren. - Darren go help everyone from the village to move to the underground, I will talk to this imbecile, he will stay with us until Alpha Red will come back.

Darren nodded and walked out of the office. When he disappeared Fabian turned to me. Looked me from top to the bottom and smirked.
