"Do you want to rest?" Mav's voice yanked me back to the present and the sound of the horses hoofbeats on the road. We had begun our journey more than three hours ago, and while I was not tired yet, I still wasn't used to riding horses.
I leaned back, pressing my back to Mav's chest before I answered. "No, I am fine."
"Huhmn," Mav hummed, as he leaned just a bit and pressed a kiss to the crook of my neck.
