A NIGHT TOGETHER

Sam & Ella

She moved closely to him, and then she leaned her back on him, and said, "tell me much about yourself"

Sam said "at this point, I prefer you tell me more about you,

She smiled and said, I'll tell you, just when you're done telling me about you, you go first.

Sam: you know what they say, ladies first...

They both laughed, the night was still going they barley slept the whole night, they stayed up talking, gisting, and telling themselves more about themselves, it's was fun Sam would say, one of the greatest moments he had that he wouldn't forget.

Everything was so perfect that night, so much moments they made, she kept whispering to his hear, telling him things so close to his face, staring at him nose to nose, eyeballs to eyeballs, mouth to mouth, but Sam couldn't make the first move to kiss her though the opportunities kept coming, him, he Made his first greatest mistake ever..

After all and all, it's already 4 in the morning, they were both tired and felt sleepy, Ella felt asleep on the couch, Sam took her to the bedroom, put her to bed nicely kissed her good night on her hand, so gently so whe wouldn't wake up or notice, he slept too, but not quickly for he couldn't stopthinking about that night, though the night is not over yet..

He finally got to sleep, believing the next day would be great, he had good thoughts, that's what everyone with such moment would think, to me I'll say it's love at first sight, I'll be considering proposing the next day and marriage the upper day(smiles)

But Here things was completely different the next day, or should I say, "things were complicated"

The next day, it's the day the party begins, the house was full of people, people Sam don't even know, to him it was a house full of strangers, but Ella knew almost everyone one of them, especially the men, she didn't just knowthem, she was friend with all of them, something Sam really really despise (a girl making friends with every men)

Ella acted really different the next day as if nothing happened,as if she haven't met Sam, or have any interest on meeting him, she would go sit with them other guys, talk to them, play with them, but zero attention to Sam,

This was unbelievable, there's this guy Ella wouldn't stop Staring at, she wouldn't stop talking to him, looking at him eyeballs to eyeballs, leaning on him and and everything, just as she did to Sam the other night..

Sam couldn't stand any of that, seeing the girl of his dream give the attention she gave him a night before and all the things she did with him as she did exactly and more to another guy..

He left the room, went for a quiet place to sit, he felt really bad, he was sad, no one noticed what was going on with him.

Sam thought of it so hard that he tried to figure out what was going on, then he said to himself, maybe she's just giving her longtime friends attention they deserve, or maybe it's been long they saw each other, and he said to himself, maybe everything would go back to normal when they're all gone, but he was wrong again..

It's was a three days party, the first day has just begun, He had three days to wait till things could get back to the way it was,the one night moment he had with a girl he barely knew??

I don't think so!!!

The night of the party was almost getting over, Sam started to feel good, hoping for a better night with Ella again, despite what had just happened..

The night is here, some people are leaving, Ella was also leaving with the guy she was mostly on the whole day.

Sam at this moment felt like death would've been better..

He couldn't say of feel anything on his body anymore..

Jessy: Ella are you going out withyour guy??

Ella: yes, I'll be spending the night there.

Jessy: would you come back tomorrow?

Ella: sure, I'll be back tomorrow morning

Gone

Ella is gone, what a lonely night for Sam, Jason is with Jessy, Fred's got bunch of girls waiting in his room, remember, it's a party he's hosting.

It's was a slow and boring night for Sam, the clock ticks slower than ever, the stars stopped moving, he could hear no soun, just the echo of his breath, as he trembles, i pray the morning come faster, he said..

But nothing seems to change,

Everyone knew how Sam felt and why he felt that way, Fred came down to chat with him for a lil while so he could make him feel better, perhaps

Fred: you know life's sucks, we don't always get what we want, I met Ella Two years ago,I also liked her so much that I wanted to give it a shot, I mean who wouldn't? She's pretty and everyone can see it, but then it took me five minutes to figure out who she is, i mean she's pretty no doubt, but trust me if you look closer, I mean much more closer you'll find out there's more than just being pretty. You're you and I'm me, if you think you like her, and the likeness Leads to loving her, maybe you can try harder, perhaps you could change her if she's willing to change. Don't stayup late brother, she don't deserve it

Sam: thanks man..

Fred left he wouldn't stay too long outside when there's more inside, trust me,

Minutes later, here comes Jessy..

Jessy: sam you still awake?

Sam: yeah I am, you good?

You need anything?

Jessy: no, I'm fine, you've been up all night, it's 2am, you know if you're thinking about my friend, she's gonna come back tomorrow,

And you'll see her again, not like she's totally gone,

I understand you love her, have you told her yet?

Sam: she knows..

Jessy: what did she say?

Sam: nothing, I see what you're trying to do, I appreciate it, but I'm not so in the mood of conversation, can we please talk about this some other time??

Jessy: I understand how you feeling, get some sleep Sam.

She kissed him goodnight, andleft.

Sam finally layed his head to sleep,it's morning already.

Since the party is three days, the second was set to be more fun, everyone woul go out, it's wouldn't be just indoors.

The night was hell for Sam, he couldn't think straight, he regrets coming out to the party.

The next day, Ella came back, Sam was in the sitting room, he was the first person she met, she greeted him politely, but Sam responded otherwise..

Ella: hey, how are you holding up?

You good? Where's everyone at?

What a so much question to a guy you just broke his heart!!!

Sam: well, I wasn't here to babysit any one of them, you should've take them with you when you left so you wouldn't come back here and ask me some stupid questions..

Just then, Jason and Jessy came out and Fred

Jessy: Ella, you're back..

Come we're already prepared, everyone's leaving. Fred: you didn't tell me you weren't spending the night here, you left without telling anyone..

Ella: sorry, I didn't mean, he asked me to come spend the night with him

Everyone left, as they all got there, same thing happened, Sam was all over everywhere , visiting everyone and so, Sam Jason Jessy and Fred, they were all on the same seat, but Ella was coming and going, though Sam tried to get her off his head, but it didn't go so easily, then all of a sudden, she came to him, sat on his lap, talked to him for a while, Sam suddenly remembered the moment, the night the had together, for a minute she made him feel special again, but then here comes the guy from yesterday, Ella left Sam for him again. Sam couldn't stand it anymore, he asked her if she would wanna go home with him, but she said no, that she can't just leave like that, that she's got people she wanna be with here..

Sam left with the feeling of rejection, he went home alone, at this moment he just wished the party was over so he could just go home with his brother,

Night comes,everyone came home half drunk, but Ella wasn't with them, they thought maybe she wouldn't come back that night so the locked the gate, but an hour later, she called Fred to come help her open the gate that she's outside

Fred: hey Sam, would you please help me open the gate for Ella she said she's outside, I'm tired I can't go out there, Sam: alright, where's the key at?

He grabbed the keys and went, though he wasn't really happy about it, but he had no choice, to him she Would've gone back to where she's coming from.

Then he opened the gate.

Ella: Sam it's you, you left so early, why?

Sam: I thought my brother made it out clear that I don't love to party, you didn't understand that? Ella: yeah he did, but at least, you're here now, you have to give it your best shot...

Sam: best shot so you could run me over with another guy?

I saw the way you leaned at him just as you did to me the other night..

Who's he? Your guy does he know you do the same things you do to him with another guys??

Ella: shut up, you know nothing about me, you were the one who acted so saint the other night as if you knew nothing of youus, remember, but yet what did you do??

Nothing!! I was there with you all over that night and you did nothing, yeah.. Remember??

So don't go blaming me for leaving you for another guy..

Sam moved closer to her and kissed her, she kissed him too for a moment then she pushed him and said..
