Aria
Aria’s whole body felt like it weighed a ton as she slowly opened her eyes. She could barely move but was able to notice that she was in bed. She could feel the soft covers between her fingers and managed to move her body somewhat. Once her eyes were cracked open, she looked around the room to see if she could recognize it. It was daylight outside based on the light coming through the slightly opened curtains in the window. Yet the room was so dark that she couldn’t tell right away if she was back in her room or still at the hospital. Once her eyes adjusted to the shadows, she quickly recognized that she was not in the hospital or back in her room, but back in Donavan’s room. Great!
