MY PHONE RANG JUST as we left Price’s apartment. It was Delaney with the news that the Addict Killer may have struck again. The frequency of the kills was increasing at an alarming rate. DNA evidence had only just confirmed Ellen DeMarco as the latest victim, and now here we were just a few days later, potentially on the way to another kill site.
