Reed's POV
Everyone in the room is looking at Alexis like she just spoke of the apocalypse. Luca and Eliza were shell shocked while Annalise wrapped her arms around a morose looking Stefan. Alexis sobs into her hands and Seraphina walks over to embrace her gently. There's a knock at the door and I inhale deeply and freeze.
"Anybody expecting a human?" I say out loud and everyone looks to me like I just slapped Alexis across her face. I raise both hands up in defense as the swift knocks at the door echo up the corridor.
