I sent a scroll to the Black Wood Realm to tell my father about the ceremony. It is two days from now and I need to make sure he is ready. The cooks had been practicing my recipes all day and I was beginning to get too full to sample everything. Elizabeth noticed my strain to eat so she decided it was a good idea to take me upstairs to her dressing room so she could show me the dress she wanted me to wear. The room was incredibly large with a magnificent full-length mirror standing in the center. The windows were so large they lit the entire room brightly. Dresses were beautifully displayed on mannequins. There was a large purple curtain hung up on a railing hiding a portion of the room. I assumed it was an area to get dressed discreetly behind.
