My audience with my Head of Government (former Head Senator), Prime Minister Clark Mercado, is usually scheduled during Monday mornings and Friday afternoons, the previous being the start of the week and the latter being the end of the week.
In rare occasions or in emergency purposes, the Prime Minister could always request for an audience, but it was seldom for any Minister or Department Head to request for an audience especially if they could appeal through a letter instead.
Aside from the Prime Minister seeking for audience at the receiving hall, the Chieftains of the other ethnicities also request an audience from time to time to propose for a project or to request for the approval of their daughter's marriages. I don't know why I needed to approve of those
