87: The rain starts to hit the windowpane as the two of them continue to build the nest. They settle into a nice rhythm with Sebastian selecting things from the pile while Aurora places them, and slowly, he sees a pattern emerging. Aurora smells everything he hands her before deciding if it will go in the nest. The items that smell the most like her—the pillows from her bed, the blankets from her sofas, her second favorite set of furs—all go into the nest. The items that don’t get immediately rejected. So, very subtly, he starts to scent everything before he hands it off, and once he does that, the nest finally takes shape. Aurora even decides that the furs she hated just an hour ago actually aren’t that bad—at least not now that they smell like chocolate. “Done!” she chirps happily
