Sebastian's transformation back into human form startles Aurora, freezing her in place with wide-eyed shock.
He moves towards her and she instinctively steps back, a mixture of fear and defiance in her eyes.
“Stay back!.” She says stretching out her hand to stop him.
Sebastian stops at her insistence and sighs. “Right.”
“Are you stalking me?.”
He looks at her blankly before replying. “You are my mate. I can smell your presence.”
“That doesn’t explain anything.” She snaps back.
“Anytime I catch a whiff of your scent, I’m always eager to find you. That’s why I’m here.” He admits it.
Aurora looks at him suspiciously. “Why would you— you don’t even know me at all. It’s just this stupid mate bond that’s making you think I’m special—.”
“And you are.” He interrupts her right there.
