Damian is alone in the cell.
Aurora was taken away by the guards after he had reluctantly called for help—they’re going to get something in return for helping her, he knows this.
A part of him dreads what the next few days has in store for him, Damian knows that they will take advantage of his softness for the omega, likely ready to bring him to his knees to beg just so Aurora can be helped.
But that doesn’t matter.
Tears begin to flow freely down his cheeks as he grasps the bars by his cell window.
