As the words broke from his lips, my heart seemed to plummet into my stomach while I exchanged a puzzled glance with Anna. Alright, where was this all heading to? Bring in what exactly? Upon his order, Dan and some other men had stepped out to carry out his orders and from the very moment they stepped out, my gaze was glued to the door, waiting and anticipating what would be brought in.
