It was rather surprising how an innocent question which should have a definite answer seemed to take the whole night for Anna to respond to. From her previous responses, it sounded like she was scared of someone or something. I don't know because she wasn't making matters any easy for either of us. I mean, if there was something wrong then all there was to do was for her to open her mouth and say so, but then she chose to waste so much time. For over a while now, she's been shooting her gaze past us as if there's something behind us that we can't see, but she can.
