As the words broke from his lips, my heart thumped and a quiver ran through my body. I thought he was going to say something else. You know, viewing it all from the perspective that Carlos said he was the person I needed the most right now, I thought he already had uhm, the idea figured out somehow. Or better still, if he knew the spell that would make Zade start taking without realizing that he was talking. However, I didn't expect that he would suggest such. I mean, joining forces with Vivian? How does that even sound to him? If I recall vividly, the first time we met, although she wouldn't have known who I was, but she didn't seem so friendly and the second time we met, was in an awkward situation. Tell me, how would she feel when I approach her?
