With arms folded across my chest, I leaned against the wall, making sure my head which was slightly tilted also made contact with the wall as I glanced outside through the full glass window while allowing my thoughts roam freely like the birds in the sky. However, the only difference was that I wished I was free like they were; free to make my own choices and in situations like this, free to fly away until things had settled but the awful reality of it was that, even though it seemed like Matthew had my back through his actions and words, I still wasn't satisfied with it. I needed more than that.
