(Sloane POV)
I ran towards my parent's room and started banging on the door.
“Mom, Dad! Please open the door,” I cried, but they didn’t answer. After a few seconds, I heard the shuffling sound and heaved a sigh of relief. My mother opened the door and looked towards me with worried eyes.
“What happened, Sloane?” She asked and I informed her about the situation.
“Oh my! We have to leave this place or find somewhere safer than this,” She mumbled before turning probably to inform my father about all the things. I ran towards the servant's quarters. Half of them were awake but half of them were still asleep. I started helping them to leave the place. I don’t know who was attacking our Palace, as we have no enemies.
