Pandia's Pov:

I looked at their clothes in awe as I wished I could wear what they wore but I knew that was impossible, I was busily admiring their clothes in Jealousy when I stumbled and bumped into someone making the person fell on her butt.

" You b***h! "

Lydia yelled at me in a high pitched voice which startled me

" I'm sorry, i stumbled I didn't mean to push you "

I quickly apologized to her and walked over to her, I stretched my hand to her as I offered to help her up but she harshly smacked my hand away from her and I hissed in pain.

" Don't touch me! You stink! You ruined my clothes now what do I attend the banquet with?! "

She yelled at me irritatedly as she glared angrily at me

" I'm sorry I didn't mean to, it wasn't my fault "

" And who's fault was it?! Are you blaming me after you ruined my clothes! "

She got more agitated and it scared me, I needed to find a way to get out of this or else I was going to be sorry for myself if others came to us with the way she was behaving I won't even be able to breath when they beat me up let alone attend the banquet.

" I'll take it to dry cleaning, take it off for me "

I quickly said to her in panic and she stared conflicted for a few minutes before she agreed.

" Wait here "

I nodded as she stood up from the ground and walked away, after a couple of minutes she returned back and handed her dress to me in a rubber bag. I ran out of the pack and started to look for a drying cleaning shop but my luck wasn't that good as everywhere I went was closed, I still continued to search as it got late and I panicked thinking I was going to miss tonight's banquet. I finally found a shop which wasn't yet closed after searching for awhile, after waiting for about thirty minutes the dress was handed back to me after cleaning and I paid and made my way back to the pack. I hurried to Lydia's room and I knocked but there wasn't any response,

" Lydia I'm back, I got your dress cleaned up "

I said and knocked once more but still there was no response

" She had already left for the banquet "

I stared in disbelief as an Omega told me and I bite down my lips in anger, I hang the bag on the door handle and I ran back to my room. It's was past 9 pm and I had to hurry to the banquet. I quickly took my bath and got dressed in my old dress and tied my hair in a bun. It wasn't much but that was all I had and I had to make do with it, I hurried to the banquet. I gasped as I walked into the banquet hall, it was blinding to my eyes as I stared at them danced and had fun. Some had found their mates while others just enjoyed the party, whoever I walked by just gave me a disgusted look and I scurried on my way not wanting to be troubled. I searched for my mate as I hoped that he'd also be searching for me, but for hours I felt nothing nor did anyone approached me.

" Our mate isn't here "

I heard Lea's broken sad voice in my mind which saddened me too.

" Maybe he must've left because we couldn't attend early, we can come again tomorrow since the banquet is held for a week every year for unmated wolves to find their mates "

Lea agreed with me and we pushed away our sad thoughts, I decided to eat the food there and go back home. I stepped out of the hall after eating and started to make my way back home. Lea stirred in my consciousness and started to howl happily in my mind as I walked and I felt it, I smelled it. My mate was still at the banquet he just wasn't in the hall.

" It's our mate, let's find him! He must have smelled us and searching for us too! "

Lea said happily and I couldn't agree with her more, I started to sniff the smell which was of wood and soil and I felt excited. I felt a sharp pain in my chest as I got closer to my mate but that didn't stopped me.

" Ahhhh Pandia something's wrong "

Lea also started to scream pained as I got closer, I could feel my heart ripped apart for a reason I didn't know. I started to slow down as the pain became unbearable but I still wanted to get to my mate, what I saw next made me clenched my chest as hot tears fell down my cheeks and Lea howled continuously pained in my mind. Maxwell was standing in front of me as he was busily pounding a girl in the bushes and the scent and pull I felt came from him, he turned to me and smirked as he continued on pounding and the girl and they moaned out loud. I felt my whole body collapsed and I fell unto my knees as tears poured non-stop from my eyes, he knew the whole time that I was his mate but he kept quiet. I tried hard to process everything that was happening to me right there but I couldn't as the only thing I was feeling was continuous ripping of my heart, I cried, I shouted, I screamed, I yelled but Maxwell ignored me as he f*cked the girl while smirking at me.

He straightened up his clothes after he had his release and bend to me, he harshly grabbed my jaw and pulled my face to his. He took my lips into his and started to kiss me harshly and aggressively as I stared emotionless at him, I didn't know what was happening or what he was doing as I felt like a motionless dead body. Tears kept falling non-stop and I felt Lea went silent within me, it was as if I could no longer feel her and she wasn't there anymore

' Liar, what happened to you'd be with me? '

I thought as I slowly got my senses back and I bit Maxwell's tongue which he had in my mouth, he quickly pulled back and glared at me outraged and he slapped me across my face in furry.
