Shane groaned with pure need but did as he was told, and in ten minutes, they were climbing into her truck, which was semi-warm from her drive over. Fifteen minutes later, Becky pulled up in front of her cabin and dashed in to don her cold-weather gear. Shortly after that, they strode into the main ranch house to check in with Jessie. Becky’s brother was in the kitchen helping her prepare lunch for the guests, but other than a quick hello, Jessie didn’t give him time to chat before sending him into the pantry for ingredients.
