SARA

I was able to trick Kai. So he didn't knew where I lived. That night when I was doing my homework. Something was off. I was not feeling well about the incident that happened today. Yes , I admit that it was disturbing for me but maybe these are the pains for being Headgirl of a school which is famous for bullying. I wanted cry but then it's such a small thing to cry upon. It's not like Ethan did something really terrible. I mean , if I fall down at such times then how will I face the times which would be difficult than this ? Anyway I was trying to forget about today's incident.

JASON

I didn't get a chance to talk to Sara. It was necessary that I stand by her. I texted her " Come grab your ice-cream treat !" Few seconds later, she replied " Coming for it." We sat down on a bench in a park. She quietly ate her ice-cream..... in fact she didn't talked much which is unusual. I tried my best to make her talk to me by taking big bites of her ice-cream but in vain. After finishing her ice-cream, she spoke up.

" Thanks for your treat. I really needed it." Though she spoke normally. She sounded sad.

" Are you okay ?" I asked.

But in reply she only nodded.

" Come here " I said pulling her in a hug but she rejected it.

" No, Jason. It's fine."

" Fine ? You call this 'fine'. When you don't talk to me like you usually do. You call it FINE ! When I take away big bites of your ice-cream and you don't respond to it. You call it FINE ! When you need a hug and you reject it. You call it FINE ! Is that what you call FINE ?"

" Jason...." she said quietly.

I cut her off " No ! Listen to me. Am I doing something wrong to you right now ?"

" No."

" Then why am I getting this treatment?"

She didn't replied so I said " Now keep your head on my shoulder ."

She did as I told her to do. I pulled her closer and said quietly.

" Why you have to be so hard on yourself ? Just express your emotions. Don't keep it inside. I'm always there to listen to you."

" And if you are not there ?" She asked.

I stood up and screamed " Are you planning to kill me ?"

" No." She said quietly.

" Then remember this ....... as long as I'm alive, I'll listen to you. No matter how boring it is or how lame it is ........ but I'll be there to listen to you. I promise." She smiled.

" Come on now ! Give me a hug !" I said pulling her into a hug but she rejected it again.

" My hair stinks. So keep your distance."

" Hey ! I'm not worried about it. I'll still hug you closely." I said hugging her.

" Are you okay ?" she sighed and said"hmm"

I said " Do you want me to handle Ethan's case ?"

She smiled and replied " No ! Since I caught him red handed bullying around the school. So he is my client. I should handle him. Don't worry ..... just focus on your rank. Otherwise I'll take your rank away from you ."

" Look who's talking ? Come here ! Come here ! You will steal my rank !" I said running after her.

She said running away " Sorry, Sorry, sorry , sorry ."

SARA

Next day, I was sitting in the classroom when I noticed few students chatting on their phone. I sighed, got up and took the phone from a girl's hand. I stood in front of the class and said loudly.

" Did you guys know that you are not allowed to use phones in a classroom ?"

The girl whose phone I had taken screamed.

" YOU'RE JUST TOO MUCH ! GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK !"

" Being the Headgirl of this school. It's my responsibility to see that everyone is following the rules."

A guy stood up and said " Did you forgot what happened yesterday ? Ethan showed you your place, right ? And if forgot what exactly happened yesterday. We are here to remind you."

The girl said annoyingly " Yeah ! Show her ! She would come to her senses then."

The boy removed his phone and said " Where did the video go ? I cannot find it."

Another girl said " Hold on . Let me look."

She removed her phone and checked it but she couldn't find it. Everyone checked their phones but couldn't find the video. Zack came inside holding his tab and said.

" Ahhhhh ! Look at the number of students caught using phone in classroom. "

I looked at him and he gave me a wink.

I said " If you guys are done checking. Should we proceed to principal's office ?" No one replied.

Zack said " It would be better if we don't catch you again using your phones. Keep all the phones on teacher's desk and sit down on your places."

Everyone quietly did as they were told. Later after class, I looked for Zack and finally found him near his locker.

" Zack , Thank you."

" If you want to thank me then treat me chicken sandwich. I don't have appetite for school's lunch."

" Okay. Done. But how come the video disappeared ? "

He said proudly " There is no device that I can't hack. I deleted the video from everyone's phones and laptops. I stayed up all night for it."

" Aww , look at you. You care so much about me. I'll treat a combo pack for your hardwork."

JASON

I was looking for Sara in lunch break but couldn't find her. When few minutes were left for break to be over. I saw her coming inside the school with Zack. I went to her and asked.

" Where were you ? I was looking for you."

She replied " I was treating him lunch ."

" For what ?" I asked.

" He deleted the video from everyone's phones."

" WHAT ? HE DID ?" I screamed.

I saw Zack sneaking away but I caught him by his neck.

" Oh my god ! Leave him ! What are you doing ?" Sara asked.

" I was the one who told him to delete the video and he is taking away all the credit."

" Jason ! Jason ! My brother ! Leave me ! I helped Sara yesterday. What happened to your heart felt thank you that you gave me for saving Sara ?"

" Jason. Leave him."

I let him go and said " It was a joint mission. But you took away the credit."

He ran away saving himself and I chased him.

ETHAN

I was coming down the stairs when I ran into Sara. She ignored me but I blocked her way.

" What did you do ? How come nobody has the video in their phones ?"

" I have no idea." She replied going away but I caught her wrist.

" I know you have the idea. Tell me ! Who did it ?"

" I told you I have no idea. But let me tell you one thing...... No matter how much you trouble me , I'll still do my job. And take it as a warning , I'm just waiting for a perfect time so that you won't find any way out once I drown you in your own dirt."

She went away. I said " I guess I have to deal with her everyday. Ah ! Such a waste of time. Daniel and Henry , why don't you go and warn her about my revenge on her ?"

" Don't worry. We will do it."

SARA

I was sitting in cabinet room alone. Doing my homework when someone closed my book. I looked up and found Daniel and Henry. They sat down on the chairs as if they are their owner. Daniel said " Listen ! We came here to warn you on behalf of Ethan."

Henry said " It would be better if you mess with him. He will make your life hell."

Daniel added " You're lucky ! Ethan usually destroy his enemy but he send us here to put some sense in your head."

" Oh ! I see. Thank you for your time." I replied.

They got up and were walking out of the room when I spoke up.

" Daniel Emerson and Henry Mencken."

They turned to face me.

" Both of you came in 97th and 98th rank, right ?"

Daniel asked " How do you know ?"

" That's not important. What's important is if your parents came to know about your behaviour in school then they won't be much happy about it."

Henry said " Are you threatening us ? Our rank really doesn't matter because we are rich anyway. So a poor girl like you who has to struggle to go up in life won't understand."

" I'll definitely don't understand. But what if there is a news like ' Daniel Emerson got 97th rank in school while his father worked hard for him' or ' Henry Mencken got 98th rank after going for so many prep classes.' Look ! I don't want to humiliate you or something but the thing is I'm doing my job by stopping you and Ethan. But you guys take it as a war..... If I have hurted you then I'm sorry but please don't try to stop me from doing my job........ You may leave now. You see I'm doing my homework."

ETHAN

I was so furious when I heard what Sara told my friends. I didn't want to hurt her but now she is challenging me. I'll show her who's the boss here. Just because she got a badge doesn't mean she will order me around. She likes being threatened. Now I'll show her something better than threatening. I was coming down from stairs when I ran into Sara again. I asked her.

" Why do you want to get hurt ? My friends told you already that don't mess with me. Then why do you keep interfering in my business ?"

" Like I always told you and your friends . It's my job."

" You are very dedicated to your job. Then let me see , how long you gonna endure the pain ?"

She turned away from me and started walking down rather then going up. As she took a step, I put my leg in between to make her trip. She fell down rolling down the stairs and finally on the ground. I smiled at this sight.
