Carson takes the stand next and, Knowing the defendent Teddy Walsh is suing the Jefferies family for alleged recompense when he himself knows that they may very well be flat broke by the time it's said and done, decides to unveil a hidden talent to seal his arguement for the case.

The hidden talent in quetstion was that Carson was in actual fact a math genius using this hidden talent he calculated the possiblity ratio of which young man between Teddy or Charly started the fight that landed them here in the first place add that to Mason's background check and which family is more deserving of a cash settlement is really all there in black and white on the court script.

The jury had a mutual reaction to the facts being brought upon them, from Teddy's anger issues to Charley's mental illness and it's all tied up as far as their concerned on which one of those two boys should really take the win here.

Chloe having used what she learned from the law books to defend Charley as best as she could notices the jury is caught inbetween on a verdict, As a result as soon as the prosecutor Teddy hired to slam Charly's testimony into the ground was finished doing what he was doing she decided to use Mason's background check on Teddy to at least see to it that the Walsh family at the very least can't leave the Jefferies family bankrupt, Knowing the absolute best they can do is play for a mistrial as that verdict is the only way no one involved in this case truly has to suffer.

With that in mind Chloe approaches the stand ready to persent her half of Charley's defensive case to the best of her abilty.
