Chloe's Confidence

Chloe approaches the bench ready to give her half of Charley Jefferies' defense to the best of her Ability, confident that can make a mistrial happen with all they can bring to the table.

Chloe starts with the most obvious thing to take under consideration: Charley's Anti-Social Personality Disorder, Chloe dfends her client by stating that Charley in the state the disorder placed him in at the time, Had to have been halfway out of his mind when he attacked Teddy.

Calling on Lana as a witness, (Due to the time she spent with Charley while narrowing down the prognosis), the two were able to make a compelling case for the jury that Charley most likely would not hurt a fly much less punch a kid if he was in a clear state of mind at the time, And thus if nothing else the Walsh family's notion for a countersue should be denied and the case should be deem a mistrial.

With this more and more people of the jury were able to relate to Charley, And by exstention be compelled to dismiss the case altogether,

With Chloe's time on the stand having come and gone Dina goes to take her place ready to deliver her saide of Charly's defense and bring Teddy's defense to it's knees , (Or it least make it so no one has to suffer in the verdict).

With this in mind Dina takes the stand ready to provide her defense and stand up for what is right.
