Chapter 2: The moon shines for her, for the first time..

The time seemed to stop in that moment. Her heart beats fast as she looked into his eyes, as if she was drawn into that bluish gray orb.
Her greenish bluish orb focused on his, as if she's trying to enter his being.
She suddenly diverted her gaze. "What?" she asked in a low voice but it sounded irritated.
He chuckled. A smile was drawn on his face as if he found amusement.
"You said I'm not what?"
She suddenly tensed up. How could she say he's an alpha. She doesn't even believe in that thing, and for her it's silly.
"You're not.. You're not my crush..." she suddenly exclaimed causing others to look at their direction.
He was surprised. Ezekiel never expected that answer.
Celena stood up and hurriedly grabbed Ginny's hand.
She quickly exited the cafeteria.
He just looked at them walking away.
"So, she likes you?" James asked as he stood beside Ezekiel, one of his friends, he has a curly black hair, and an inch shorter than Ezekiel.
"I don't know..." he said coldly.
"What did you found out?" Ace asked. He has the same height with Ezekiel, and a clean cut hair.
"She might be my mate..." He answered as he clench his fist.
He seemed so annoyed. He cannot tell of she's really his mate. There's something in her that he cannot point out. Aside from her scent, there's a faint growl coming from her. It's as if there's someone else who has a life on its own inside her body.
"Then let's find out .." Carl suggested as he put his arms around James shoulder. He's the tallest among them and has a blonde hair.
The three agreed.
While Celena was still dragging Ginny on the hallway, without knowing where to go...
"W-wait! Stop!" Ginny exclaimed as she tried to stop Celena.
Celena stopped. They were already in the College of Business Management.
"What's the problem? And why did you said he was your crush....well, technically, you said he's not your crush." she said while looking at Celena who was still wearing an annoyed expression. "It's just as if you're denying something that is true..." Ginny added.
Celena sighed. "Then , should I tell him about that Alpha thing? I don't even know if they really exist..." she said.
"Well, that's reasonable ..." Ginny agreed.
"Wait. Where are we?" Celena asked..
She did not know that she took the opposite direction to where their classroom is.
"College of Business Administration..." Ginny answered. "Oh, wait, since we're already here..why not meet Gab.." she said.
Celena was the one who was dragged this time.
They stopped in front of a classroom. Ginny told her to wait while Ginny went inside the classroom, when she came out, she's already with a guy who was a bit taller , wearing a checkered jacket and glasses. Looking at him, you can easily tell he's nerd, someone who's into research and other scientific things....
"Hi. I'm Celena..." she said as she smiled and offered her hand..
"Gab ." Gab said shyly as she accepted the offered handshake.
Celena and Gab easily clicked together, since he was just like Alice, so Celena easily jived with him..
"You mean you told him that?" Gab said in curious expression.
Celena nodded.
"That's bad...You know Ezekiel likes messing with other people, aside from that , there's a lot of girls who likes him. But the most cunning one is Chloe. You should avoid her.. and that Ezekiel..." Gab suggested.
"Yeah. I will. Besides, I don't want to get into trouble. I don't want to lose my scholarship. "Celena.
After few minutes of talking , Celena and Ginny went back to their classroom.
Celena decided to forget everything , and focused on studying. Ginny and her decided to go home together. Well, she's just renting a room near school , while Ginny needs ride to go home.
"See yah." Ginny said as she waved her hand.
They are already at the gate of the University. They're going to take opposite direction so they decided to part ways here.
"See you tomorrow...." Celena said, then started to take the direction to her apartment. While Ginny went to the direction of the subway station.
Celena suddenly felt as if someone is following her. She felt chills on her back, so she started walking faster than her normal speed.
Suddenly someone grabbed her and dragged her into the alleyway. It's narrow , that cars can't pass this way, and only few pass by here, since it's cramp and dark. A place which is dangerous.
The man put his palm on her mouth, to prevent her from making unnecessary noise.
A muffled sound could be heard from under the man's palm.
All she could hear is her heart beating fast.
She tried to adjust her vision , and all she could see is a silhouette of a man in front of her.
Her eyes suddenly widen when she looked in the man's eyes.
The man's eye is almond-shaped and is yellowish.
A wolf's eye. That's it. The person looking at her right now have the eyes of a wolf.
This caused her to be scared more. Causing her to panic and bit the man's palm when it suddenly loosened.
The man growled and grabbed her neck.
"W-who are you?" she asked with a teary eye as if she felt the tightening grip on her neck.
The man did not answered. All she felt is the nails that started to grow longer and sharper. She felt a sting on her left cheek.
In that moment, she already started accepting her fate. If it's already the end, so be it. That's what she thought..
Suddenly, the moonlight pass through the area where they are.
The man widened his eyes as he looked at her..
When the moon shone on her eyes, it changed, but what's the most frightening is that , looking at it will make a wolf whimper, and lost all his strength. It's as if a wolf soul will vanish.
The man suddenly loosen his grip, trying to control his shaking body, and as soon as he was able to get back to his senses, he let go of her , before run away from her.
As soon as he let go of her, her body weakened. The alleyway that once received the light of the moon, suddenly became dark, leaving her alone.
"What happened? Are you alright?" a familiar voice caught her attention, she looked up and saw a familiar face.
"Ezekiel?" she asked in curious voice before she fainted on his arms.
