MISSING: THE LAST FOSTER

Chapter 30

Hedeliza and Lizle's parents came in the hospital and had a chance to see how mess Raixen and Felix are. The two are sitting in the chair with their bloodied shirt on and cupping their faces with their own hands.

"Raixen, Felix," Lizle's mom called.

The two of them looked up when they heard their names and gulped together when their eyes meet the parents of the girls who are fighting for their lives inside that room.

"Tita, tito. I'm sorry, it was all my fault. I couldn't have let them help me searching for Shekinah," Raixen said immediately making Felix to look at him in disbelief.

"Rex! What are you talking about? You didn't dragged us to help you! We chose to help you because it's not just your battle, Shekinah is also not just our friend, she's our best friend, she's our sister!" Felix said forcely but Raixen have made up his mind. He act like he didn't heard Felix and didn't bother to look at his friend.

"I will still continue to search Shekinah. I promise this time, I won't let them waste their time and life fo us. Hedeliza and Lizle means so much for me and Shekinah and I know, my girlfriend would surely agree with me. I'm sorry for what happened, tita, tito," Raixen said bowing his head.

"Raixen!" Felix said, yelling. He clearly doesn't like the words coming out from Raixen's because he is certain that Hedeliza and Lizle won't like it and they would surely smack him for saying such things. He knows that regardless to what happen with Hedeliza and Lizle, once they recovered and Shekinah's not home yet, they will still look for her.

"Raixen, you have nothing to ask for forgiveness. What are you sorry for? We are not mad because of what happened to our daughters, we are scared for the possible thing that might happen with them inside that rooms. Shekinah is also a daughter for us, she ain't nobody and will never be nobody and if my daughter, Hedeliza, will tell me that she is going to trade the world just to find her best friend, Shekinah – once she recover, I will never say no. I would just say, take care, and bring your sister back," Hedeliza's mom said making Raixen in tears.

"I know among the three girls, Shekinah is strongest and we all witnessed her in her weakest, she was in her downfall and trying to stand in her own to gather all the strength she had forgotten when the incident of her parents happened. Then the news of her being abducted arise, she's not yet fully healed, she's still in pain and she needs all of you. If Lizle will tell me, that she is going to risk her life again for Shekinah, I wouldn't be mad, I would be proud because my daughter knows how to value the things around her that matters and that is family," Lizle's mom said.

"Don't blame yourself for what happened, Raixen and don't stop them if they still want to help you to find Shekinah. Remember this, Shekinah is not just your best friend or your girlfriend and you're right, she would probably agree to you because we all know how generous of a heart Shekinah have but if your friends wants to help you, let them and you four bring Shekinah back, unharmed," she added.

He do not know what to say because actually they were right. He also knows that the girls won't let him stop them to find Shekinah but that would be better like that. He can't afford to lose a friend and Shekinah too.

She loves riding the waves of life alone for she wants to be independent and she wants to balance life. He knows Shekinah. And from the very beginning, she have already told him not to tell anybody about her plans. Obviously, not all her plans have been told to him, because he knows her well.

"Thank you tito, tita," he said. He don't want to argue that won't stop the conversation. Raixen excuse himself and walk towards the exit where he parked the car to get home and clean himself.

But before he was able to reach the car, Felix grabbed his arm forcely. He lifelessly turn his head to meet his friend's eyes. It has pain and fear in there. Felix is the midst of being scared and being painful and Raixen knows why.

"How could you tell those words, Rex?" Felix asked strongly. "How could you come up with those words?!"

"You know Shekinah, Felix," he answered, "she don't want anyone to get harm and grief because of her. Look what happened to Lizle and Hedeliza, we still have no idea if both of them are safe, if they can survive together. What do you think Shekinah will feel about this? When she knows that her best friends are fighting for their lives inside the emergency room because they got hurt when they were looking for her? I don't want to add a pain in Shekinah. If she's going to lose a friend that is additional pain and she's not yet okay from the fact that she lost her entire family," Raixen explains and didn't wait Felix to speak a word. He quickly turn his back from his friend and enter the car to drive himself at home.

He know his mom already knows what happen. If one of their parents knows, everyone will also know. He will just clean himself and back to find Shekinah. A waste of second is a big thing. Felix and Lizle were just together until one second he noticed Lizle is no longer in his side and on how Lizle end up in the living room's carpet that is unexplainable.

Because he and Hedeliza, from upstairs would see the whole loving room when they go downstairs and they didn't see Lizle there. She wasn't there, Felix also checked the living room. And in just a blink, just a second, Hedeliza was grabbed inside the room and in just a short period of time, didn't even reach half of an hour, Hedeliza is almost lifeless. Her mind is awake, her eyes is awake but her strength is gone. When he carried her in his arms she was like a withered vegetables.

Raixen lean his head in the headrest when he finally got home and parked the car. He sigh deeply and breath sharply. What happened inside the Fosters home is playing in his mind. Lizle's gone and back with a wound. Hedeliza was grabbed and became withered.

That just mean, it's not just the camera are there, there are people inside the Fosters home. They are not just watching inside the Fosters home, they were also living inside. And that also means, they can no longer go in and out of there. He can't just go back in there, maybe today, they were able to get out and saved their lives but who knows what will happen next?

Raixen's eyes landed to Gio's family picture glued in his steering wheel. His eyes locked on Shekinah.

"I'm such a failure babe. I still wasn't able to find you, I still wasn't able to bring you back. I still have no idea where are you and how are you," he said will caressing his thumb in Shekinah.

Raixen turn his head when he heard a knock in the door and there, his mom with worried eyes. He unlocked the door and come out to hug his mom tight without minding the blood stain around him. His mom hug him back tightly.

"I still haven't even unlocked a door that can help me find Shekinah, mommy. I am still clueless. Now, our friends are there in the hospital fighting for their lives because they helped me finding my girlfriend, mom. Where am I going to start again? What am I supposed to do, mom? " Raixen said while crying in his mom's shoulder.

"I know how you feel and I'm hurting seeing you in this state, son. Hiede and Lizle, I know they will fight for it. I know they will live for Shekinah. If not today, maybe tomorrow, tomorrow you will find Shekinah and bring her back. Get up yourself son. You can't be hopeless. How can you save Shekinah if you became hopeless?" He heard his mom said.

He knew that, he just need some shoulder to cry on because he was trying himself to be strong even though everyday he wanted to cry because everyday he failed to bring back Shekinah.

"Just let me stay still, mom," he said softly.

His mom smiled weakly and glanced at him even if he can't see the smile.

"Of course, you can cry in my shoulder if it's so heavy and you can't handle it anymore. Don't keep it yourself, you have to be strong son, you must let go the feelings that's trying to pull you down. I know Shekinah is waiting for you. She won't let anyone bring her down because she knows you are going to save her," his mom said making him smile. His mom never failed to always lessen the weight his heart, mind and shoulder are carrying.

"Thank you, mommy," he said.

"You are always welcome, son. Now, you have to go upstairs and clean yourself and I will take a bath as well, we smells like blood," his mom said making him to smile. He chuckled a bit and looked at his self. He indeed smells like blood.

"I'm sorry," he said chuckling. He then followed his mom enters their house and quickly run through the stairs when he notice Lucas in the living room busy doing with his toys. "Mom!"

"I'm sorry, I forgot!" his mom retaliates. Raixen just shakes his head and went straight to his room, pulled out a clothes from his closet and went to the cr to clean up.

"The doctors said that both of them are safe and we will just wait for them to wake up. Hedeliza will be transfered in the room but Lizle she still has to stay in the operating room for the next 12 hours, her doctors will monitor her. She lost too much blood, for my daughter is a fighter, your girlfriend fought for her life so well, Felix," Lizle's mom said when Felix got back after he just had taken a bath at home.

He didn't bother to eat there, he had to know some updates about the girls. He looked up and thank God of what he just heard. He knew they won't give up, he knew they were strong. He knew they won't leave without knowing that Shekinah is safe and sound.

"I know they will survive, I know they will not give up. I never lost faith on them. Their missions in life are not yet done. Hiede, Shekinah and Lizle, they will soon conquer the world. I know that, we know that," Felix said with determination. The parents of the girls smiled widely.

They were worried when they heard what happened with their daughters but they knows God is always with them. He will not turn his back to the girls and now that they are already safe, they can't thank enough and can't wait to talk to them again.

"I have deployed additional security all over the hospital, Felix. I don't want Hiede and Lizle be a topic in social media so I talked to the management to keep everything about the girls private. Wherever Shekinah is, if the news will come to her, we know this will stress her out and she had no one with her. She's in the hand of the enemy, she couldn't lost her strength she has to stay strong and for her to know that her friends are in danger that couldn't help her," Hedeliza's mom said.

This family friends is beyond friends. They treated each other a member of the family and not just a friend. Felix nodded with a smile in his face and thank them. He was thinking the same thing because the girls will also not be happy once they wake up and seeing their names all over the social media.

Their family is working for the Fosters, for the justice the Fosters deserves and they can't afford to add new issues for the people to talk about them.

Felix knows Raixen will stand what he said. He is certain Raixen will go on search Shekinah without telling him and if he is just going to let Raixen do that alone, Lizle will hate him. He will not let Raixen do it himself. They are not best friends for nothing.
