When Raixen and Felix arrives in Lucas's taekwondo school, they went to look for the kid's teacher. There's no kids around at this early. The class were supposed to be on-going but obviously what happened to his brother, it's done. Raixen's anger is surpassing his patience that he can't hold it anymore.
