TREASURE COULD not control her excitement when she found out she was among those chosen for an increase. The management called a brief staff meeting where all those eligible for a raise and promotion were called out. The fast growing consulting firm boasts of having over a hundred staff and out of that number, seven were promoted, three received a raise. They started with those singled out for a raise. When Treasure heard her name, she was at first shocked. She had just joined them barely two years and she was already being acknowledged and given a raise. A huge raise at that.
