Chapter 9
MATTHEW walked back from the kitchen holding a bottle of chilled wine, two glasses and some strawberries. “Well I thought I might have missed out on my main course but I might as well have you for dessert...” He smirked that smile that turned Tansy on instantly.
Tansy couldn’t wait to see what he had in mind but she hoped it wouldn’t be too long before she found out. She watched as he poured two glasses of bubbly for them and dropped a couple of strawberries in both.
“Babe I’m gonna tease you but I want you so bad…” He passed her her glass and let her take a few sips before taking the glass back from her.
“Matthew... You are going to undo me, aren’t you, detective?”
“That’s my plan, Miss Luna,” He took a strawberry out of the glass and trailed it up T
