I turn my gaze toward the sky as my good mood quickly begins to disappears, and when I spot the cause of the noise, I feel my irritation starting to rise.
“She came sooner than expected.” I mutter, watching as a large red dragon is escorted forward by four black dragons. “I thought she would at least wait a bit.”
“She,” my little mate repeats. “Is that your fiance?”
As she speaks, I don’t miss the awe in her tone while she keeps her gaze fixed on the red dragon.
“Wow, she’s beautiful.”
Was she falling in love with Illiana right in front of me? I wonder, not missing the look of admiration in her eyes, or was she just attracted to beautiful things.
