"Babe? Are you with me?" Xavier's voice instantly distracted my concentration towards how he had changed.
Then, I diverted my gaze to him and replied, "Y-yeah, I am. What's wrong?"
"Can I rely on you to do the Luna duties?" He made sure by locking his gazes at me.
"Sure. Of course, you can." I confidently stated although I was not really able to do it since it was a new thing, and it might be stressful. Yet, I assured him by adding, "I'll try my best although it's my first time as a Luna. I'm willing to help and learn."
"Good confidence." He praised me willingly. Following with the compliment, he kissed my right cheek and said, "For now, I'll be back to my room. You can have your free time today, but for tomorrow, you will start working with me."
